2. Composite device:
The composite device of the pre-coating laminating machine is mainly composed of a hot pressing roller, a rubber pressing roller and a pressure regulating mechanism.
The hot-pressing roller is a hollow steel roller with chrome-plated surface and built-in heating and temperature adjustment devices. Generally, the use of far-infrared quartz tubes for simultaneous heating can meet the process requirements.
The hot-pressing roller is equipped with an aluminum alloy bushing to ensure that the surface temperature of the hot-pressing roller is balanced.
The surface of the rubber pressing roller is covered with rubber, and the rubber should be flat, smooth and heat-resistant. The hot-pressing roller is a hard roller, and the rubber roller is a soft roller. The soft and hard rollers are pressed together to make the coating pressure uniform and the coating quality is good.
The pressure adjustment mechanism commonly used hydraulic mechanism and pneumatic mechanism, and some laminating machines use mechanical mechanism to adjust the pressure.
3. Rewinding mechanism and printed matter input device:
The working principle of the rewinding mechanism and the print input device of the pre-coating laminator is basically the same as that of the dry laminator.
4. Control system:
The control system of the pre-coating laminating machine mainly controls the feeding, winding, driving of the compounding device, variable speed and the heating system of the hot pressing roller.
The electric control device is installed in the control cabinet, various control buttons are installed on the panel of the control cabinet, and the display instrument is also installed on the panel to control the whole machine and display the working data.
