1. Find a suitable factory
Check qualifications: first ask the factory to provide a business license to see if there is plastic film production in the business scope.
Look at strength: give priority to factories with large scale and much experience.
Request samples: ask the factory to send a few A4 laminating pouch samples and check the quality yourself.
2. Communicate customization needs
Clear requirements: tell the factory your specific needs, such as:
Quantity: how many packages or rolls of A4 laminating pouch you want to customize;
Specifications: how many threads are required for thickness (such as 7 threads, 10 threads), whether the transparency is high or ordinary;
Packaging: how many sheets per package, what material is used for packaging bags, and whether a paper box is required;
Logo and printing: provide a logo file, clearly state where it is printed, and what are the requirements for color, size, and font.
Confirm details: repeatedly check the requirements with the factory, especially the details such as logo color and packaging size.

3. Proofing and confirmation
Wait for samples: The factory makes samples according to your needs, which can usually be completed in 3-7 days. After receiving the sample, check carefully:
Appearance: whether the logo is printed clearly, and whether the color is consistent with your requirements;
Quality: try to seal a few sheets with a laminator to see the heat sealing effect;
Packaging: whether the material and size of the packaging bag and paper box meet the requirements.
4. sign the contract
Agree on the price: determine the final price, ask who will bear the freight, whether it is the ex-factory price or the price including freight.
Write the terms clearly: the contract should clearly state:
Product standards: specific indicators such as thickness, transparency, and heat sealing performance;
Delivery time: for example, delivery within 20 days after placing an order;
Payment method: how much deposit to pay first (usually 30% - 50%), and when to pay the balance;
After-sales: how to solve the quality problems of the product.
Both parties stamp: After the contract is signed, both parties stamp or sign, and each keeps a copy.
5.production and delivery
Follow up production: After paying the deposit, the factory starts production.
Inspection and receipt of goods: After production, before the factory ships the goods, you can go to the factory for inspection, or ask a third-party inspection company to help check.
