Laminating Film is a transparent film commonly used to protect documents, photos, cards and other items. It not only improves the durability of the items, but also keeps the items clear and clean. Today, we will share some easy-to-understand steps and tips to help you complete the laminating operation smoothly.
1. Preparation:
First, you need to prepare the Laminating Film and the laminating machine. Laminating Film usually comes in different thicknesses and sizes. Choose the appropriate Laminating Film according to the items you need to protect. If you don't have a laminating machine, you can also choose a manually sealed Laminating Film.

2. Adjust the temperature of the laminating machine
Before starting to laminate, make sure the temperature setting of the machine is suitable for the Laminating Film used. For thinner Laminating Film, usually choose a lower temperature, while for thicker Laminating Film, you need to increase the temperature.
3. Prepare the items to be laminated
Before laminating, neatly arrange the items to be laminated (such as documents, photos, etc.) to ensure that there are no wrinkles or stains. Then, place the item inside the Laminating Film, making sure there is enough blank margin around the item.
4. Place the Laminating Film in the Laminator
Place the Laminating Film with the item placed in it into the feed port of the laminator. Make sure the open part of the film is facing the feed port and the item is placed flat to prevent the machine from getting stuck or uneven laminating.
5. Start the laminating operation
Start the laminator and slowly push the item through the machine. The laminator will heat the film and seal it around the item.
6. Remove the laminated item
When the laminating is complete, remove the laminated item. At this point, you should be able to see that the item is evenly wrapped in the Laminating Film and the edges are well sealed. If there are bubbles or the seal is not firm, use the cooling function of the heat sealer or put the item back into the machine and reseal it.
7. Cut off the excess film
If there is excess Laminating Film after laminating, carefully trim it with scissors.
