Working steps of Hot Laminating Machine
1. Preheating
The Hot Laminating Machine will first preheat the heating roller to the set temperature (usually between 100°C and 150°C).
2. Film feeding
Place the Hot Laminating Film on the surface or upper and lower sides of the printed matter (according to requirements), and then feed it into the hot laminating machine through the conveyor belt.
3. Heating and Laminating
When the printed matter and the laminating material pass through the heating roller, the high temperature will melt the adhesive layer of the laminating material and make it sticky.
4. Cooling and Shaping
After heating and laminating, the laminating material will gradually cool and shape to form a solid protective film. At this point, the printed matter has the characteristics of waterproof, anti-fouling and tear-resistant.
5. Cutting and Rewinding
If necessary, the Hot Laminating Machine can also be equipped with a cutting device to cut the laminated printed matter into the required size.
