1. Matte Coating, Anti-Reflective
Matt Laminating Pouches achieve an ultra-fine matte finish using high-precision coating equipment (coating uniformity controlled to ±0.5μm), effectively reducing light reflection.
2. Scratch and Abrasion Resistance
Using a custom polyester film (PET) + EVA hot-melt adhesive construction, the matte surface is naturally scratch-resistant.
3. Secure Edge Sealing without Warping
YIDU laminating film undergoes gluing and laminating processes on 20 high-speed coating lines during production. The heat-sealing temperature range is controlled between 100–130°C, making it compatible with over 99% of common laminating machines on the market. Laminating smoothly and securely seals the edges without delamination.
4. Strong Protection
Available in optional thickness (typically 2 x 75 mic), the laminating layer forms a sealant that offers excellent resistance to moisture, oil, stains, and tears.
5. Environmentally Friendly
The material complies with RoHS, REACH, and other environmental standards, is non-toxic and odorless, and is suitable for markets with high environmental requirements, such as the EU and North America.
