Laminating Film Roll A3

Product Features

1. Double-sided Hot-Sealing Design

Utilizing a double-sided, uniformly coated hot-melt layer, it can simultaneously laminate both sides of paper, cards, photos, etc.

2. High Transparency and Smooth Surface

Made of high-quality PET material, and through a uniform coating process, the composite film surface is smooth and transparent, free of bubbles or defects.

3. Excellent Heat and Temperature Resistance

This laminating film can operate stably at heat-sealing temperatures of 90–160°C without affecting its performance. Whether using a home office hot press or an industrial high-speed laminator, it achieves wrinkle-free and bubble-free lamination results.

4. Superior Durability and Aging Resistance

The coating layer has strong adhesion, and the film itself is resistant to yellowing and UV rays, and will not fade or peel even after long-term use. Even after prolonged storage or high-intensity use, the laminated documents remain smooth and durable.

5. Customizable Width and Thickness

Thickness ranges from 75–350 micrometers, and width can be customized up to 1600mm, which can be flexibly adjusted according to customer equipment and production needs.

Double-sided Thermal Laminating Roll Application Scenarios

1. Color Box Packaging Industry

Common Uses: Front and back lamination (gloss or matte) of color boxes such as cosmetics, electrical appliances, and gift boxes.

Recommended Specifications: PET material, thickness 75–150 μm (whole sheet thickness); glossy (high-gloss) or matte (frosted) finish available.

Process Parameter Suggestions: Heat sealing temperature is typically 95–120°C (depending on the base paper and adhesive layer), speed 8–18 m/min, moderate pressure to avoid wrinkling.

2. Book and Magazine Covers

Common Uses: Double-sided protective lamination for book covers, brochure covers, textbook covers, hotel brochures, etc.

Recommended Specifications: PET or BOPP, thickness 75–150 μm; glossy finish is commonly used for brochures, matte finish for textbooks and business documents.

Recommended process parameters: Heat sealing temperature 90–110°C, slower speed to ensure flatness; use vacuum or pressure rollers to reduce air bubbles.

3. Document Protection

Common uses: Double-sided lamination protection for contracts, certificates, archives, menus, ID cards, etc.

Recommended specifications: Glossy/matte PET, thickness 75–200 μm (depending on target stiffness).

Recommended process parameters: Heat sealing temperature 85–110°C; 1–2 heat presses or edge reinforcement are recommended to enhance durability.

4. Government/School/Hospital Document Protection

Common uses: Double-sided lamination protection for educational materials, student records, medical records, internal notices, ID cards, and important forms.

Recommended specifications: Matte or semi-matte PET, thickness 100–200 μm; flame-retardant or antibacterial surface treatment is preferred (if required).

Recommended process parameters: Stable temperature control (90–110°C), moderate covering speed, and, if necessary, choose a smooth surface to reduce glare and improve readability.

5. Advertising Posters

Common uses: Double-sided protection for indoor and outdoor posters, exhibition display boards, advertising leaflets, and large printed materials.

Recommended specifications: PET/OPP, thickness 150–350 μm (depending on weather resistance and rigidity requirements), glossy surface is common (to improve color vibrancy).

Recommended process parameters: For outdoor use, a thicker film material and UV protective coating are recommended; heat sealing temperature 95–130°C, and a waterproof layer is recommended after sealing the edges.

6. Labels and Barcodes

Common uses: Double-sided protection (or double-sided lamination for enhanced durability) for product labels, barcode labels, inventory labels, shipping labels, price tags, etc.

Recommended Specifications: Thin PET/OPP, thickness 75–125 μm; matte or glossy finish available; the film ensures label flexibility and adhesion.

Process Parameter Suggestions: Slightly lower heat-sealing temperature (85–100°C) to avoid affecting label adhesion; pay attention to barcode scanning readability after lamination (high reflectivity will affect scanning, semi-matte or matte finishes should be preferred).

7. Photo Protection

Common Uses: Artistic photos, commemorative photos, album pages, protection of professional photographic works.

Recommended Specifications: Ultra-high transparency PET, thickness 100–200 μm; glossy finish preferred (preserves color and gloss), haze-free formula.

Process Parameter Suggestions: Precise heat-sealing temperature control (90–105°C), low speed, and use vacuum or lamination equipment to avoid bubbles and edge lifting.

8. Industrial Packaging Materials

Common Uses: Instruction manual lamination, product labeling, protective padding, technical documents, durable labels, electronic component packaging cards, etc.

Recommended specifications: PET (high temperature resistance/high scratch resistance) or composite PET/BOPP, with a wide thickness range of 100–350 μm, selected according to moisture-proof/abrasion-resistant requirements.

Process parameter suggestions: Heat sealing temperature should be adjusted according to the substrate and adhesive layer (generally 95–130°C). Higher industrial line speeds are possible (please confirm compatible speeds with the supplier).
